Skills West will introduce the event and talk about the sector’s skills needs, whilst The Grey Matter Group will lead a an informal CPD facilitated workshop allowing attendees to join in the interesting discussion , focusing on elements such as knowing yourself as a leader, leading a successful team and first class service.
