Bristol Health Partners Health Integration Teams (HITs) address pressing health challenges to improve health outcomes across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG). HITs bring together health and care professionals, patients, members of the public, commissioners, local government, third sector organisations and researchers.
This seminar will include short presentations and a Q&A panel on:
- The sexual health improvement programme
- Healthy urban neighbourhoods
- Physical activity and social engagement in older adults
- Support for people with dementia
Light refreshments will be provided. Everyone is welcome – the seminar is free to attend.
