2017 HIT conference and networ

Our fourth annual Health Integration Team (HIT) conference on Tuesday 13 June at At-Bristol Science Centre brings together our Health Integration Teams, the Bristol Health Partners Board and Executive Group, as well as other key people from the partnership and the city region. Last year’s annual HIT conference was attended by more than 140 academics, clinicians, commissioners and others from organisations across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset.
