Completed HITs

Health Integration Teams (HITs) are set up to improve care in our region. They often run across several years to make a long-term impact on health and care. Others decide to close after achieving their aims and embed their work into other structures.

Find out about the history and achievements of our completed HITs:

  • Avoiding Hospital Admissions (ITHAcA). Work from this HIT has been embedded in the REACH programme
  • Early Years Health and Wellbeing (BoNEE)
  • Respiratory Infections (RuBICoN)
  • Retinal Conditions (RENOIR)
