Information for existing HITs

Bristol Health Partners Core Team assists approved Health Integration Teams (HITs) in a variety of ways. For example, we can provide modest funding, training courses and support for activities such as patient and public involvement and evaluation.

The HIT Operational Guide provides detailed information on what support is available to approved HITs and we have included some useful documents which can be found below. The guide also provides details of your responsibilities as an approved HIT.

Please contact the team on hello@bristolhealthpartners.org.uk or 0117 90 37546 if you have any questions regarding the content of the guide.
