EDHIT encourage people to take the time in December for 'elf care'

30 November 2020

As the holiday season is quickly approaching, it is important for people to be mindful and take care of their mental health during what can be for some, a stressful and anxious time.

The Eating Disorders Health Integration Team (ED HIT) has created a calendar of suggested activities for every day of the week in December that emphasise self-care or rather in theme with Christmas, 'elf-care'.

The suggested activities range from making festive crafts, taking the time to enjoy music, enjoying the outdoors and taking time out for yourself.
