The Bristol Health Partners’ Health Integration Teams (HITs) bring together health and care professionals, managers, patients and members of the public, commissioners, local government, third sector organisations and researchers to address pressing health challenges and improve health outcomes. HITs aim to bridge the gap between research and practice.

Over the last two years, a growing number of HITs have evolved to address key mental health challenges for local populations and to improve care pathways.

Chair: Julian Walker, Director of Research & Development, AWP

Presenters

In this seminar, Julian Walker will be
introducing directors from five mental health HITs who will share some of their
HIT’s work. This will be a chance to identify opportunities for collaboration to
improve mental health pathways and services across the BNSSG STP
footprint. This will
be followed by a ‘Question Time’ panel and a chance to put questions to the
HITs.

This seminar will be of interest to
mental health and emotional wellbeing commissioners, service providers and
others working on care pathway development locally.

Everyone is welcome. The Seminar is Free to attend, but booking is required. Tea and coffee will be provided, feel free to bring your lunch with you.
