Join us for our fifth annual Health Integration Team (HIT) conference and networking event on 15 June. This year we’re focusing on prevention, self-care and mental health, plus all the usual networking, learning and hearing from HITs.

It brings together HIT members, stakeholders, commissioners and other interested people and organisations. Last year’s conference was attended by more than 120 academics, clinicians, commissioners, patients and others from organisations across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset.

Andrea Young, Chief Executive of North Bristol Trust and Chair of the Bristol Health Partners Board will introduce the conference.

David Wynick, Chair of Bristol Health Partners Executive Group will talk about the HITs’ achievements in the last year.

The morning will provide an opportunity for networking and learning about each other’s work. There’ll be a panel session on the theme of prevention and Mayor Marvin Rees will speak on health and wellbeing in Bristol.

Refreshments and lunch will be provided. The afternoon includes sessions on using data better, public and patient involvement and mental health.
