World Continence Week: CONfidence app provides practical advice for people with bladder and bowel leakage

This World Continence Week (19-26 June 2023), the Bladder and Bowel Confidence (BABCON) HIT is encouraging healthcare professionals to make more people aware of an app that could support them with their continence symptoms.

CONfidence is a free, award-winning self-help app for bladder and bowel leakage. Developed by BABCON HIT and Expert Self Care, it brings together trusted and reliable information, informed by national experts providing specialist bladder and bowel care.

BABCON HIT has also created new materials to promote the CONfidence app in GP practices, specialist Bladder and Bowel Services, community healthcare settings, community groups and libraries:
