If you work or volunteer in health and care – in research, the NHS system, local authorities or in communities – come along to our annual Conference to find out about the unique impact we make and how working with us can improve what you do.
We will be digging deeper into the work that our Health Integration Teams have been involved with, celebrating the wins and exploring the challenges of delivering meaningful, evidence-based change across our system.
The half day includes lunch and a dedicated networking session. A Conference programme will be released shortly.
