Researcher coffee catch-up: Improving shared decision making for surgery

About the event

During the coffee morning, Christin will be talking about the ALPACA study and how her team is working on engaging with under-served communities to develop an intervention to improve shared decision making for surgery.

The overall goal is to make sure everyone who is offered surgery (regardless of their background) is involved in choosing their treatment and feels supported to make a choice that is right for them.
