A free half-day workshop to identify what excellence could look like for chronic pain in our region and how to work together towards this.

The Integrated Pain Management Health Integration Team, as part of Bristol Health Partners, is hosting this half-day workshop. Our aim is to establish a work plan for the next three years, focused on chronic pain.

In order to ensure we appropriately represent the chronic pain community, we are keen to have a broad range of participants. For example, people living with and alongside chronic pain, people working in health and social care, academics, commissioners and policy makers.

We will work to identify what excellence looks like for chronic pain across our region, and how we can work together towards this, under the following headings:

  • patient care & clinical pathways
  • patient education
  • staff education
  • research
  • influencing policy

The workshop will conclude with lunch and an opportunity to network.

Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.
