Life After Stroke Monthly Information Session - Common Stroke Medication

Bristol After Stroke is offering free monthly virtual information sessions as part of their support for people after they've had a stroke.
The sessions are for people who have had strokes, their families, friends and carers.
They will be taking place on the last Thursday of the month from 12:30pm - 1:30pm via Zoom.

On 29 April, 2021, the session will be covering common stroke medication and will be led by Claire Fullbrook Scanlon, Senior Nurse and Clinical Academic.

The sessions are hosted by Bristol After Stroke, organised by Bristol Health Partners Stroke Health Integration Team and partners (Stroke Association, Headway Bristol, Different Strokes, Sirona care & healthy, University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust, University of Bristol, University of the West of England, North Bristol NHS Trust and Healthier Together).
