STITCH HIT shortlisted for Patient Safety and Care Awards

The Improving Care in Self-Harm Health Integration Team (STITCH HIT) has been shortlisted in the Mental Health category of the 2014 Patient Safety & Care Awards.

The Improving Care in Self-Harm Health Integration Team (STITCH HIT) has been shortlisted in the Mental Health category of the 2014 Patient Safety and Care Awards.

The team, led by University Hospital’s Senior Liaison Psychiatry Nurse Selena Williams, will present to the awards judges on 11 June. Winners are announced at a special awards evening at Grosvenor House, Park Lane on 15 July.

Selena Williams said: “We are delighted to have been shortlisted for this award. They’ve had a record number of entries this year, so just being shortlisted is a major achievement. We are looking forward to our presentation to the judges in June with equal amounts of trepidation and excitement!”
