Get your wellies on and join Bristol Mental Health (BMH) on a walk through Blaise Castle Estate’s glorious green spaces for Healthy City Week. Breathe in the fresh air and marvel at the scenery as you explore the link between nature and wellbeing and share tips for positive mental health.

En route you can try your hand at seed bombing and enjoy some well-earned refreshments at a café. There’ll be a competition for the jazziest pair of wellies too!

The walk will be led by mental health professionals working within BMH, a system that aims to deliver the best possible mental health support to the city’s diverse communities.

The walk is free, but please bring along money to make purchases from the café, or bring your own refreshments along.

There are two car parks at Blaise Castle for those travelling by car. If you are travelling by public transport you can get bus numbers 1, 3, 4 and 76 from the city centre.

This walk will be around the grounds of Blaise Castle Estate so may not be suitable for wheelchair users.
