Two-topic special: Home-based reablement and third sector research support

Bristol Research Forum on Ageing presents the latest research on reablement and research support for the voluntary sector. In this student-led special, they will share the latest research on home-based reablement and the research support needed by third sector organisations during the pandemic.

Presentations will be followed by a Q&A.

Speakers:

  • Dr Linda Sumpter (UWE Bristol): Engaging families in older people’s home-based reablement.
  • Jack Elliott (180 Degrees): The research support needed by third sector organisations during the pandemic.

This will be a free online event held on Zoom. You do not need access to a camera or microphone. Joining details will be circulated the day before the event to those who have registered for a free ticket via Eventbrite (please check your spam folder if you do not receive this information).

As with their face-to-face forum events, this event will be open to the public as well as commissioners, service providers and practitioners. Please spread the word to anyone you think may be interested.
