This World Continence Week (16-22 June 2025), the Bladder and Bowel Confidence (BABCON) HIT has been out and about at events in Cardiff and London, encouraging healthcare professionals to make their patients aware of an app that could support them with their continence symptoms.

CONfidence is a free, award-winning self-help app for bladder and bowel leakage. Developed by BABCON HIT and Expert Self Care, it brings together trusted and reliable information, informed by national experts providing specialist bladder and bowel care.
