Hear about latest research and discuss potential solutions to improve accessibility to parks for different ethnic groups.

Join Your Parks Bristol & Bath to discuss their new research with the University of Bath exploring accessibility to parks and green spaces for ethnic minority groups in Bristol and Bath.

Hear from primary researcher (Zina Abdulla) and lived experience groups, take part in workshops to reflect on the findings, share perspectives and explore practical solutions for creating safer, more welcoming and more inclusive parks and green spaces.

This event is open to local authorities, planners, designers, community groups, public health professionals, researchers, and anyone with an interest in equal access to parks and green spaces.

This is a hybrid event – you can join in person or online. Please indicate your prefence when you register.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided in the Engine Shed, 12.30-1pm. If you have any accessibility needs or dietary requirments, please indicate on the booking form. This venue has step-free access.
