1 July 1987, Bristol Drugs Project launched one of the UK’s pioneering
needle exchanges. To mark this year’s anniversary, Bristol Drugs Project is hosting this free conference exploring
new and emerging research which can help shape drug and alcohol treatment
services and reduce drug-related harm.

The event includes a selection of
keynote speakers
and the opportunity to take part in a range of workshops and discussions. Attend as many events as you like, or just come along to hear a keynote
speaker either side of your
complimentary
lunch. Held as part of Bristol Drug Project’s
30th year anniversary celebrations.

Speakers include the University of Bristol’s Matt Hickman, Director of the Addictions Health Integration Team (HIT), and NIHR CLAHRC West’s Jo Kesten, presenting on their project working with the Addicitions HIT.
