This FREE event is for health care professionals supporting patients to return to work following a stroke.
Organised by the Education and Training Workstream of the Stroke Health Integration Team (HIT). Funded by Sirona, University of the West of England (UWE Bristol) and Bristol Health Partners.
The day will bring together health care professionals working with people returning to work following a stroke. The event will enable delegates to learn and discuss from others how best they can support those individuals. You should leave feeling you have some knowledge base and tools to be more confident in addressing return to work needs. See the programme.
There will be plenty of opportunities to network and chat to others working in the field. A vegetarian / vegan lunch will be provided.
