Healthier Together Conference

Do you live in Bristol, North Somerset or South Gloucestershire? Do you have an interest in health and care matters? If so, Healthier Together invites you to join them in planning their health and care priorities for the next five years.

The Healthier Together Partnership, which includes all local NHS organisations and councils in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, is in the process of developing a Five Year System Plan. This plan will take account of national priorities as set out in the NHS Long Term Plan tailored to the needs of local communities – so please come along and be part of the discussion.

This conference is a chance for members of the public, people representing Patient Participation Groups (PPGs), voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations, councillors or anyone with an interest in local health and care matters to help develop health and care plans for the future. You will have the chance to meet those drafting the plan, find out what it means for you and have your say.

Full details of the event will be published soon, but you can expect the day to cover a broad range of health and care topics – from frailty and mental health, to prevention and digital.
