Do you have a great idea for research in health, social care or public health?

Would you or your team benefit from protected time and expert support to develop your idea into a competitive funding application?

The National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Research Design Service (RDS) is offering a unique opportunity for health and social care professionals across the South West to attend a three-day residential research retreat at Dillington House, Somerset in November 2019. The retreat provides an opportunity for research teams to make rapid progress over a relatively short period of time toward high quality research proposals suitable for submission to national peer-reviewed funding streams.

Participating teams will enjoy protected time dedicated to the development of their research proposals away from the distractions of their workplace, expert help and support from RDS adviser staff and the experience of working as part of a professional research team.
