We inviting health and care professionals, commissioners, dance practitioners, producers, VCSE sector partners and interested stakeholders to register for Day 2 (online event).
We will be hearing from health commissioners, health and dance practitioners and academics on this second day of the Dance for Wellbeing Conference, looking at the possibilities and the evidence for including creative physical activity in people’s care.
Keynote speakers include Adwoa Webber, Head of Clinical Effectiveness, Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICS; Charlie Coward, Deputy CEO, Active Dorset; Jules Ford, Creative Commissioning for Health, Gloucestershire ICS; and Richard Kimberlee, Senior Research Fellow, NHS England Regional Facilitator, SW Social Prescribing Network Chair.
Dance presentations will include interventions in hospital and community settings, involving children, adults, staff and dance practitioners as co-creators, facilitators and performers.
