Discussion working groups (DWGs)

Discussion working groups (DWGs) are a new initiative designed to complement the ITHAcA leadership meetings and allow an in-depth discussion on a particular topic to the wider ITHAcA group. The topics for these DWGs were chosen in response to interest from ITHAcA members, on reports circulated as part of the role of ITHAcA as an information repository.

Elizabeth Blackwell Institute Research for Health Challenge project

Discussion of the results and next steps of an explorative study of the utility and acceptability of a comprehensive geriatric assessment (CGA) toolkit in primary care. The project was funded by the Elizabeth Blackwell Institute, led by Helen Baxter and Alyson Huntley, in collaboration with Bristol and South Gloucestershire CCGs.
